Paramount Moves Toward Warner Bros. Deal

Paramount is moving toward completing a major acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery’s studios and streaming businesses by the end of 2026, a deal that would reshape Hollywood’s competitive landscape and consolidate two of the industry’s most recognizable entertainment portfolios.
